A Naturopath is a health practitioner who applies natural therapies. Her/his spectrum comprises far more than fasting, nutrition, water, and exercise; it includes approved natural healing practices such as, Acupuncture, and Herbal Medicine, as well as the use of modern methods like Bio-Resonance, Ozone-Therapy, and Colon Hydrotherapy. At a time when modern technology, environmental pollution, poor diet, and stress play a significant role in the degradation of health, a Naturopath’s ability to apply natural methods of healing is of considerable importance.

Frequently, a Naturopath is the last resort in a patient’s long search for health. Providing personalised care to each patient, the naturopath sees humankind as a holistic unity of body, mind, and spirit.

Acupuncture Treatment

Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and to improve functioning. this is done by inserting needles and applying heat or electrical stimulation at very precise acupuncture points.

More than 3,500 years, acupuncture has been providing relief to people around the world. Originally developed and practiced in China, this soothing therapy is today embraced by patients who seek to alleviate symptoms caused by ailments that range from arthritis to migraines to the aftereffects of chemotherapy.
Acupuncture draws on the belief that an energy called Qi (pronounced chee) circulates through our bodies from the top of our head to the soles of our feet. When we experience good health, this energy flows unobstructed along pathways in the body called meridians. Each meridian is believed to be connected to a specific organ system, and when an energy flow is disrupted by a disease or an injury, illness or pain occurs. Acupuncture is then used to balance the flow of Qi and stimulate our body’s natural ability to heal.

Guasa

This Medicine System had been practiced in Tibet. The traditional Tibetans has been practicing for centuries. Basically it is done by pressing the vital points of the a foot with tool made from the horn of a typical deer. He is a nature lover and he shows his keen interest in observing the different kinds of treatment based on nature. He is not only observing it, he really tries to implement it for the well-being of the people. Guasa therapy was developed with the base science of zone therapy. In this therapy, the places at which the nerves of our body ends was found out. With zone therapy, the body is divided by vertical lines into five zones on the left side and five zones on the right side. These zones relate to all parts of the body within each zone. Similarly, the body is divided horizontally into three zones. Three zones are the shoulder zone, the diaphragm zone and the pelvic zone.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient holistic treatment used in traditional medicine systems such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Islamic medicine. It involves creating suction on the skin using cups made of glass, bamboo, or silicone. The suction helps stimulate blood flow, remove toxins, and promote healing throughout the body.

During the therapy, cups are placed on specific areas of the body—usually the back, shoulders, or other tension-prone regions. The suction draws the skin and superficial muscles upward into the cup. This can be done as:

  • Dry Cupping: Only suction is applied without any bloodletting.
  • Wet Cupping: Small incisions are made to release toxins and stagnant blood.

The therapy creates a negative pressure that improves circulation, relaxes muscles, and reduces inflammation.
